At Ethical E-Waste our mission is to prove the economic case for residential and small business e-waste collection, assessment, upcycling, recycling and re-use of all electronic devices from the smallest of smart phones through to the largest commercial server racks - we'll accept the challenge of finding it a new purpose.
BUT - we cannot do it alone - we will need partnerships with environmentally-minded, efficient organisations to help us process all of the "waste"!
An example of such a partnership would be working with organisations in developing countries such as the Philippines and Cambodia to assist in the redistribution of repaired, restored, used, aging electronics such as smart phones and laptop devices (items that would command a low monetary value in New Zealand) to students and families in need. This comes with a strong focus on the quantitative measurement of economic outcomes for the devices distributed in-line with our core economic and social-benefit philosophy.
To do good you need to take actions.
To know you're doing good actions you need to measure outcomes.
We're going to do a lot of good.
We need your help to do it though - DROP OFF ANY/ALL HOME COMPUTERS, LAPTOPS, SMART PHONES, MODEMS/ROUTERS, TABLETS - WORKING/BROKEN/STATUS UNKNOWN/UNSORTED boxes full of cobwebs - its all fine - call 022 411 8339 and confirm your drop-off time today (9.00 AM - 9.00 PM : WEEK DAYS).
