What We Accept

WE CAN ACCEPT - computers, desktops, phones, smartphones, laptops, tablets, accessories, components, modems, routers, servers, power cables, screens, cords & laptop chargers.

WE CAN ACCEPT damaged, unsorted, untested and otherwise unknown status of any of the above parts.

IF THE BATTERIES LOOK OKAY

NOT SURE? Mention it to us when you call 022 411 8339 to confirm your drop-off time prior to arriving.

If your device contains a swollen, punctured, burned, or otherwise damaged battery, or a battery suspected of being damaged, then WE CANNOT ACCEPT it at this time.

Our staff are happy to inspect any devices or items that you are unsure of and in most cases we are able to handle it for you without issue.

This is a TEMPORARY measure, in the future we intend to be able to accept a range of batteries.

WE CANNOT ACCEPT individual batteries (working/functional or damaged) so please do not drop these off to us directly.

• However, if there are individual batteries (status unknown) as part of a larger box/unsorted box of electronics/parts then we will take these for you in limited numbers (call ahead if any concerns).
• If you know your device has a damaged battery or you wish to dispose of damaged batteries then please visit Abilities Group on the North Shore, Auckland for disposal.

When you call 022 411 8339 to confirm your drop-off time please mention if you have any concerns at all regarding the batteries within your devices/e-waste drop-off.
