Drop Off Process

Call 022 411 8339 and confirm your desired drop-off time.

We recommend that you enter the driveway located at 1 Keystone Ave, Mount Roskill, Auckland and follow it towards the back of the buildings and then parking at the designated parking space like the red jeep pictured below. Alternatively, you can temporarily park alongside the on Keystone Avenue, or even Dominion Road.

Wait within, or directly outside of your vehicle, and at the pre-arranged time, our staff will come and collect directly from your vehicle. This ensures that we can take care of any heavy lifting and/or difficult to lift items and also gives us chance to inspect the drop-off and say hi.
