Free Solar Panel Collection in Auckland

As of September 2026, Ethical E-Waste is now offering free organised pick-ups of solar panels from anywhere in Auckland.

Our preference is that you call us and arrange a time to drop them off at 1 Keystone Avenue, Mount Roskill, Auckland if you are able to.

However, if you do not have transport, or simply cannot bring them down to us, we will arrange a time to collect them from your home, free of charge.

If you have any accompanying equipment (or certainly any other electronics or computer/PC/desktop/laptop/smartphone e-waste then we can collect that at the same time free of charge).

So if you know anyone in Auckland who is wanting to get rid of old solar panels, even if untested/broken, that is totally fine, we can ensure they're recycled and handled ethically and appropriately.

At this time we cannot accept any broken, damaged, swollen batteries or any batteries that are suspected to be damaged.

Please call us ahead of time to arrange your free e waste drop-off at 1 Keystone Avenue, Mount Roskill - easy parking right off Dominion Road.

Otherwise if you can't come to us then email us and we'll arrange a time to come collect them all, and any related equipment, directly from your home.

Suburbs we regularly service: Mount Albert, Mount Eden, Mount Roskill, Balmoral, Dominion Road Area, One Tree Hill, Sandringham and Epsom but we offer free collection Auckland Wide so please enquire today and we'll come and collect them from you completely free of charge!
